Mr. Mestaz - 30 years in education: 15 years teaching Computer, Safety Ed., Driver Ed., P.E, 15 years as a Student Advisor (Y.B.H.S., I.H.S. O.G. P.H.), 22 years (summers) Federal Officer (foot patrol, road patrol, horse patrol, some special patrols), 2 years Santa Clara County Deputy-Adult and Juvenile court, 4 years Director of Police Academy at Santa Teresa H.S., Emergency Medical Tech (E.M.T.), C.P.R. and First Aid Instructor, Black Belt in Marshal Art, Coached: State Champion Wrestlers at I.H.S., W.C.O. also coached at Oak Grove, Piedmont Hills., First Hispanic to be on Yosemite Nat’l. Park horse patrol, Married, two daughters.



Mr. Branco


Mr. Branco graduated from San Fransisco State; majoring in History and Sociology with a minor in Physical Education. While in college he played football. Mr. Branco began teaching in 1973 at W.C Overfelt High School by teaching reading and coaching. He transferred to Piedmont Hills High in 1977. He taught reading and English and was a head varisty football coach. He received Educator of the year honors by the Eastside District, and coach of the year at Piedmont Hills High. In 2002 he became student advisor and currently still is.
